USC Black Women Leaders: An Intergenerational Conversation

Celebrating Black History Month, the USC Emeriti Center and USC University Club had introduced a moderated conversation with an Emerita professor/USC administrator, a USC staff leader, and a USC student leader. The event was held on February 23, inviting all students, staff, faculty, alumni, community, and friends for this intergenerational conversation.

The panel included:

Barbara Solomon, Professor Emerita of Social Work, Vice Provost Emerita, first black Dean of the USC Graduate School 1988 -1993

Erika Chesley, Staff Assembly President, Senior Associate Director of Auxiliary Services, Initiatives and HR Events

Jada Salazar, VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Marshall Business Student Government, USC Caldwell Scholar
