In partnership with ITS, the Cybersecurity Workshop on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 covered topics ranging from phishing, fraudulent e-mails to spam and scams. After the workshop, ITS customer service manager and service professionals, Jon Crumpler, Tiffany Jones, and Kija Manhare answered individual questions and assisted with tech issues.
