Event Recap – OT Workshop on June 2nd

On June 2nd, USC Occupational Therapy students and the Emeriti Center hosted the inaugural workshop in a series that will take place over the summer. The first workshop was an introductory event where OT students and topics of future workshops were introduced. The topics covered in the upcoming presentations include sleep hygiene, brain health, diet and physical activity, and home safety. A recording of the workshop is available here: https://bit.ly/June2ndOTworkshop.

OT students are offering free individual consultations based upon your interests and needs. Do you have specific issues and questions? They can be about wellness, healthy aging, technology, lifestyle changes, sleep, or any concerns about how to function better in your daily life.

*Register for an Individual OT Consultation with a grad student.
