Event Recap – Trojan Table

Last updated 06/14/2022

The USC Emeriti Center and retired USC faculty and staff invited all students to Trojan Table, a free student dinner on April 29, 2022. This was our first time hosting an intergenerational dinner since Covid-19. About 150 students from ten USC schools enjoyed a casual meal with lots of warm welcomes and fun conversation. A good time was had by all and we look forward to sponsoring Trojan Table almost every month during the school year beginning in September.

Trojan Table is a fun and inclusive environment where USC Retired Faculty and Staff showed their support for student wellness, inclusion and caring.

The USC Emeriti Center is the intergenerational bridge across the university employee lifespan. We partner with USC schools and units for interdisciplinary, intergenerational and multicultural initiatives benefitting the university community and beyond. Through this model, we highlight USC faculty research and teaching while engaging USC students in experiential learning and practice outside the classroom.
