Want to keep your brain in top shape during this period of your life? On June 16, 2022, the Emeriti Center and USC Occupational Therapy students hosted a workshop focusing on maintaining brain health. If you were unable to attend the event, you can watch the Zoom recording here:

We welcome you to join us for three more summer workshops hosted by USC Occupational Therapy students and the Emeriti Center! This was the first in the series of intergenerational wellness workshops to be held over the summer.

OT students are also offering free individual consultations based upon your interests and needs. Do you have specific issues and questions? They can be about wellness, healthy aging, technology, lifestyle changes, sleep, or any concerns about how to function better in your daily life.
