This is Your Invitation to Register for the Next Half Century Trojan and USC Emeriti Center’s Technology workshop on November 9th, 2024
Presented by the students of the GeroTech SC
This workshop is for you if you’ve heard about streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime but are unsure how they work or how to get the most out of them. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will illuminate the world of streaming.
First, we’ll define what streaming is and explore its evolution, covering popular platforms and the diverse content they offer—movies, series, documentaries, and more. You’ll gain insights into the benefits and challenges of these services, including costs and subscription options.
Next, we’ll guide you through the practical aspects of using streaming platforms. Learn how to navigate the interfaces, find your favorite shows, and discover new content tailored to your interests. We’ll also discuss the future of streaming and emerging trends in the industry.
Finally, we’ll engage in interactive training, sharing tips and tricks to enhance your streaming experience. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any tech topics of interest.
Skillsets of all levels are welcome! Join us on November 9, 2024, from 2-3 PM, and let’s unlock the full potential of streaming together!
