Laury DeSanctis

With 10 years of program creation and events experience, I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and opportunities for pre-retirees and retirees at the University of Southern California. As the Director of the USC Emeriti Center, I lead the development and implementation of innovative programs and events that foster a vibrant and supportive community among USC’s diverse and talented retired faculty and staff. I leverage my expertise in marketing and social networking to promote the visibility and reputation of the USC Emeriti Center’s offerings and to facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources among our retired population. I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others who share my vision of enhancing the retirement experience of USC’s faculty and staff.

During my time with the university, I have also had the opportunity to work with many of the different schools and offices such as the following: Keck School of Medicine of USC, Department of Medicine, USC Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs, USC Corporate Sponsorship, USC Career Center, USC School of Pharmacy, USC Dornsife Career Pathways, and the USC Emeriti Center. I am also active in other areas like the USC Town and Gown Scholarship Committee, USC Trojan Guild of Los Angeles Board, USC Trojan Baseball and Alumni Boosters Board. 

I am from Sacramento, California, and I come from a Trojan legacy family! Both my dad and older sister were Trojans, and all three of my children are too! Fight On!
