Wellness Events to Support Healthy Aging – Zoom Learning Session

In a newly fostered partnership with USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, OT  graduate students facilitated zoom learning sessions for the Emeriti Center. Their goal was to share how OT can support healthy aging and overall wellness.

Previous Sessions:

Lifestyle Balance (August 7, 2020) – This session explored your current daily and learn how to incorporate more of the activities you love.

Ergonomics: To Support Healthy Living (July 24, 2020) – This session demonstrated how to adjust your space, modify your habits, and employ new strategies to prevent body aches and discomfort, and to maximize your participation in the things you love to do.
