Professor Roger G. Baldwin and doctoral students, Brett H. Say, & Angie A. Belin, from the Center for Higher and Adult Education at Michigan State University published a report on their research project on the impact of retirement organizations. They examined organizations’ mission statements, programs and services and offered suggestions for improvement.
