Ergonomics: To Support Healthy Living (July 24, 2020) – This session demonstrated how to adjust your space, modify your habits, and employ new strategies to prevent body aches and discomfort, and to maximize your participation in the things you love to do.
Adjusting to Life During the COVID-19 Pandemic (July 10, 2020) – This session explored the impact COVID-19 has had on our lives and learn how to create achievable goals to support continued participation in meaningful activities.
