The USC Emeriti Center directly serves members and the greater university community through a broad range of programming. Whenever possible, the Center video records special programs for viewing at home.

Hosts numerous lecture series and forums on wellness, healthy aging, and consumer related topics

Hosts numerous lecture series and forums on academic topics offered through the Emeriti Center College

Trojan Encore

Connects retirees and USC units needing part-time and/or short-term help (paid and volunteer)

Speakers Directory

Provides presentations for community organizations, university groups, and more and offers retired faculty and staff the opportunity to present on topics of interest through the Emeriti Center College

Research Fund

Provides grants through the Emeriti Center College to foster retired faculty research activities

Travel Excursions

Through the USC Emeriti Center’s Benefits and Resource Committee, the USC Emeriti Center hosts a number of travel excursions available to USC retirees and their spouses/partners and guests.

Trojan Global Intergenerational Friends (TGIF)

Offers a networking reception a few times a year for international students to meet USC retired and current faculty and staff who want to be helpful. It also includes an online list of registered TGIF mentors.

Trojans Helping Trojans (THT)

An active committee of staff and faculty, mostly retired, the THT Committee meets monthly to find ways to help and to continue their connections to USC during retirement.

USC Student Veterans Support Network

The USC Student Veterans Support Network provides a place for current and retired faculty, staff, and alumni Vets to register their interest in connecting with USC student Vets. Fellow Trojan veterans supporting student veterans is just another way for our Trojans to support those who have been through similar circumstances.
